(2) We email our easy to use Questionnaire (See Sample) that guides you and your spouse through each and every legal, financial, support, parenting, and other issue involved in divorce. (3) We prepare a Marital Settlement Agreement (See Sample) that puts all of your answers to our Questionnaire into a written legally binding contract – so that you will have the peace of mind of knowing that everything has been covered!
