Meet the Mediators

With their expertise in law, business, psychology, and conflict resolution, each of our mediators is adept at resolving disputes quickly, inexpensively, and with minimum hostility.

Oliver Ross, JD*, PhD founded Out-of-Court Solutions Inc. in 1995 and has since mediated over 1200 divorce, family, and workplace disputes. He is a select member of the Maricopa Superior Court Family Mediation roster.

Dr. Ross is uniquely qualified as a mediator. He was a trial attorney for nineteen years and is still licensed to practice law in *California only; he operated a family-owned business for five years, and earned a Master's degree in clinical psychology in 1992 and a Doctorate in behavioral psychology in 1994.

Mara Linder, JD, MA, is a skilled divorce, family, and commercial mediator. Ms. Linder is an Arizona licensed attorney and holds a Master's degree in professional counseling.

Mara is dedicated to helping people avoid the emotional and financial costs typical of lawsuits. She is adept at facilitating a collaborative and cooperative mediation environment in which mediating parties reach practical and lasting agreements.
