Prenuptial Mediation
With their backgrounds in both law and psychology, and certification in Situational™ mediation, our mediators are uniquely qualified to help couples define and discuss all the legal, financial and relational aspects of prenuptial (aka, premarital) agreements. We create a collaborative environment in which couples can openly and honestly discuss their respective concerns, expectations and responsibilities.

Prenuptial mediation with Out-of-Court Solutions is very different than using individual lawyers – which often increases tension and cost. Our mediators foster effective communication, offer diverse alternatives for resolution of issues, and provide legal, financial and tax information. We ensure that couples make fully informed decisions about each and every aspect of a premarital agreement; for example, property rights and interests, the handling of income and debts, nonmonetary contributions to a marriage, inheritance and life insurance.

When all decisions have been made, our mediators prepare a legally binding Mediated Prenuptial Agreement.
